At a very young age and with a strong love for music, more importantly punk rock and pop, twin brothers Jarret (Vocals/Bass) and Jordan Haley (Drums) decided it was time to start a band.  Beginning while in high school the brothers started FFG, hailing from Sacramento, CA.  Having their first radio play as teenagers with their first single “Saturday Morning Hangover” from the “One Big Happy Family” EP, it was not long until the band was selling out weekends at the legendary Sacramento Rock Venue “The Boardwalk” and touring California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas nonstop.  FFG began showcasing new singles “I’m the Same Guy” and “Head Over Heels” from the “You’ve Been Accepted” EP at all age venues, college campuses and receiving radio play on almost every college campus on the west coast.
From 2004-2008 FFG put out 2 ep’s and 1 full length record titled “That’s Life”.  Both albums “That’s Life, 2008” and “You’ve Been Accepted, 2006” had received positives reviews and iTunes sales of $1,500 per week.  “That’s Life” had hit singles such as “Only 18”, “The Cosmos” and “Punk Rock XMAS” which during the first 3 months of being released were all being played on Sacramento Stations 98 rock, KWOD 106.5, 1005.5 The Zone, along with San Francisco’s Live 105.  In 2007, founding guitarist Mike Caswell departed from the band leaving an open spot for lead guitarist.
After a few lineup changes Brian Fuentes joined forces with FFG in early 2009 and Nathan Prescott in 2011. In April, 2010 FFG was asked to open for Switchfoot on May 8th for the Journeys Backyard BBQ tour in Roseville, CA in front of a crowd of 10,000+ people.
Having the luxury of co-owning their own state of the art recording studio they started working on their next full length studio record in 2011 titled “Edge of the World”.  On August 1st, 2013 “Edge of the World” was available on worldwide digital platforms such as, itunes, Spotify, Google Play, Rhapsody, I Heart Radio and Amazon to name a few.  On August 9th, 3013 FFG celebrated the release of “Edge of the World” playing at the ever popular venue, Ace of Spades in Sacramento, CA with the Plain White T’s to a sold out crowd.
